Great coffee shouldn't be wasted by bad extraction! Our Brew Guide is designed to help you make consistently great coffee at home. Whether you are just starting out or refining your routine, these guides are designed to be clear, practical, and easy to follow.
• Grind size should be fine, similar to powdered sugar
• Coffee to water ratio is 1 part coffee to 2 parts espresso
• Starting dose is 18 grams of coffee
• Yield about 36 grams of liquid espresso
• Water temperature around 200 degrees Fahrenheit
• Brew time about 25 to 30 seconds
• If the shot runs fast, grind finer
• If the shot runs slow, grind coarser
